Just solved this very same issue. The problem is caused by outlook's autodiscover records. In outlook, remove your outlook.com account. Go to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\ Ensure you can see hidden files. Delete the autodiscover records. (Look like "bunch of numbers_autodiscover.xml")...
