it's not that I want to but in my country WPs are just not well received. there are only literally 4 people I know that use WPs in my country and one of them is my foreigner lecturer. my Lumia 820 fell to its doom last month and I have failed to search for any replacement parts locally...

I went to the store and pretty much did all I could. I even put my sim card into the phones and no LTE option comes out. and yes the 1320 was RM-994. I made the store people open them. I may just buy it then flash some compatible ROM.

if it's adequately priced and they make a non-Verizon version, I will trade my 820 in a heartbeat.

it doesn't have too much clutter on the main screen (as I used to call it) opposed to Android. plus its SO CHEAP for a decent WP. I've a Lumia 820.

it depends on what you want out of your phone. if you enjoy customization to the point where you can change the OS design then maybe the Note 3 is better for you. imo, WPs are more about its minimalist design and the essentials of what is in a smartphone these days. I've sold phones for a living...
