I seem to have my Arc Surface edition mouse dropping out every few hours ever since this FW release. Anyone else have this problem? I haven't installed any new software since installing the FW and tried changing the mouse batteries.

I have the 2 pin European plug which I'm guessing hasn't got a ground pin? Saying that I've had a few other devices and brands before and never experienced this e.g. iPad. I may as well not even have a sound card on board its that bad/unusable on my SP3. Getting a constant buzz or slight shock...

I have a very bad problem whilst using my Bose headphones. When the power supply is connected I get a lot of static noise. I'm not sure if its related but its coming from the power supply also.

Its coming from the power supply. when I remove it l don't have the problems as bad. maybe i have a faulty power supply? not earthed???..

Just checked my battery report and all looks good for me. I DO see values for the Design/Fuel Charge Capacity mWh on my SP3 Guessing you should replace your unit.

Btw its a lot worse when the charger is plugged in. Its actually so annoying now, I'm thinking of returning the SP3. I use my headphones most of the time and this static noise is driving me crazy.

I'm having problems with severe static noise when using my Bose headphones. Headphones work flawlessly with my MacBook Pro Retina, iPhone, iPad and xperia z2 devices. On the SP3 is seems to cut in and out randomly, very annoying. Anyone else experience this?

Just picked up mine - got a bundle deal (although at this price i wouldn't call it a "deal"). SP3 i7/512 + Type Cover + Office 365 Personal + Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition. Now i just have to try and ditch my Macbook Pro Retina/iPad Air for this surface thing.

mine is also not centred. also if u look at the headphone jack. the frame hole is larger than the headphone jack hole and its also totally off centred.

i have this exact same issue but mine is lifting on the other side were the speaker is. It's actually really annoying too because it makes a little click noise every time it moves. Looks like i will return the phone tomorrow.
