I have a similar issue. When I read that Windows Phone 8.1 didn't read microSD cards of class 4, I swapped my 8gb class 4 card with a 32gb class 10 one. Now, when I insert it in the phone it will only display "SD Card not found" in the storage sense app. I tried formatting it in FAT32 and exFAT...
