Trying to restrict data to the background in the data usage settings still crashes the settings app - happen to me too on latest build.

920, already on 10581 for a week plus. Received an update from Fast Ring this morning. Everything completed within 20 minutes. I have no idea what is this update about. Nothing changes, and Notification action (4 quick toggles) still not able to modify.
