Well , have you accidently dropped it before ? This actually might be a faulty Device .. Maybe you can share your RM-xxxx And also where you have bought it from .. (maybe we could get to know something.. Maybe its something with all devices having that same RM-xxxx) There might be a faulty...

Had your device over heated before ? Like really hot or even reboots itself in order to decrease the temperature?

I'm a Muslim.. And its Ramadan.. Fasting .. And i checked your videos .. And i wish i didn't.. It would be much more appropriate to remove the nude picture from the videos or even warn us ... Or even shoot a video without nude picture respecting other people.

Look .. The download files in (C/ProgramData/Microsoft/Packages/Products/) Take a copy of that to somewhere safe . Make sure you don't have pin or the new reset function is on .. Also close storage encryption And try again and tell us what u got

Make sure they are allowed to run in the background Also try soft reset .. And are you connected to the internet all day ?

Re: Installation failed while downgrading from windows phone 10 to windows phone 8.1 Had that problem with Lumia 640 XL.. Changing USB port made it work for me
