Your links require an app that 'Store' can not locate. Plus, you're assuming I'd know about such threads.

It does not work on my Lumia 640. New values of 1024 1024 do not hold when written.

lumia 640 -as in YouTube vid: virtual memory still showing as 256mb. WhatsApp still 'loading' screen. so far nothing to report as improvement.
