Same problem with Lumia 925 running 8.1 Cyan (without Update 1). As people have noticed, the Bluetooth doesn't seem to stay connected. It just says "paired" in the Bluetooth settings. Tapping it in the settings makes it shortly go to "connected", but then back to "paired". Restarts didn't help...
