Did many time.... But no outcome.. Still exists

in recent i m running on os build 10.0.14393.351 through window insider program.. i got this problem,, wat to do now

I hav update my lumia 640 xl from lumia denim to window 10 . It looks promising.. But i just got irritated when most of apps not working... Like dial pad for calling. No sms notification . N facebook ,groove music , people apps r closing abruptly.. N also unable to see my contacts on this...

same here too... my phone showing 10512 10514 10536 at once and on download till now it stuck at 0%
