so where is actual issue ? i think device should get register to IMS to make VOLTE calls . if u go into about -> device info it says IMS not registered . i think this is something which we need to look at . no hope from MS and Jio

Volte is software feature and with some ota update can be enable. Hope microsoft will bring it sooner.
