tweedie Whether you've spoofed or not, Windows Device Recovery Tool (WDRT) will download and install the latest version of the package (that contains Windows Phone 8.1) related to the CTR writed from the DPP. So, for Lumia 1020, WDRT will not download and install Windows 10 Mobile.
