Unfortunately I've similar experiences at both AT&T and Verizon stores. They both suck when it comes to WP.

I can't really post anything definitive because I'm not running 10 on my daily driver. On my 822 running (without a sim) battery life is not as good as 8.1. But it is better than any of the previous builds I've tried.
