I do understand what it's doing, but I think that 2GB a month is excessive. It seems to happen every time I open the app and has only done this on W10M, never had this happen with 8-8.1.

This is happening to me as well - I see that contact/calendar sync bar and the app has been using massive amounts of data.

Re: Looks like another Windows App Jumping Ship !! I got the email too. It is disappointing, but there are other options. While I used Geocaching Live most of the time, I also have Geocaching Pro installed. Works well, but I liked the list view in Live.

I have not seen anything about the update from TELUS and it's not on their update schedule on the support site. I just updated mine using the insider program, updated to the release preview, then switched back to production. I think it will take awhile to come officially.

My group names always remain (including the live tile), the members list just gets cleared. Not sure if that's the same issue everyone is having but I have an ongoing support ticket with MS on this, hopefully have something to report soon.

Resetting the device wont fix it - already did that (but reset for another reason). It just happened to me again though, it happens when I use Skype on my phone.

Same here! Seems to happen when I sign into Skype.

I turned off the internet connection while using it on the weekend and it actually worked without freezing. Used it on a 2 hour drive and it worked both ways without any issues. Good thing we have offline maps!

I know this thread is a year old, but I am running into this issue right now. Its not as simple as changing the number as described above - its part of their Linked In profile and I cannot remove or change it. My filter is also set to hide Linked In contacts, so im not sure why its still coming up.

Froze again when I tried to use it on my Lumia 830 yesterday.

With WP8.1, there is no longer the option to save maps to the SD card. I have a Lumia 830 with the maps stored on the device and it freezes constantly.

I kinda like my 830, but cant say that im super happy with it. I like the size, the way it looks, battery life, and I really like the wireless charging - even the performance is good enough, not great, but good enough. But, I am on my 3rd device in 6 months, the previous 2 had issues with...
