Yes, this is how I remember my iPhone days. IPhone's native mail, contacts and calendar apps were working pretty much perfectly with Hotmail/Outlook.com... Can't remember having any issues.

Quite disappointing. Dock for SP3 was also very fiddly. Some miniDP-to-DVI adapters that would work directly on SP3 miniDP port just didn't work on dock, and in the most spectacular way - SP3 would freeze during the boot process every now and then. But at least Apple's miniDP-to-DVI did work...

That doesn't make much sense. Every % WP does not hold today is a % Samsung could claim tomorrow, if they try harder. Personally I think Samsung is not interested in WP, but is interested in W8RT and W8Pro devices. Maybe they needed WP8 product too, to get some special-gold-partner treatment...
