Is Forwardsms a windows phone app? If so, where can I get it?

I really want to make my windows phone my work phone but I really need to be able to auto forward my text messages so I don't have to carry it all the time. When is Astoria coming back? I have the android app just need to be able to load it.

I believe I would use the 950 XL more. I would really use this for work.
