Well hopefully everything gets fixed soon for you! They shouldn't have to get some unlock code though since they technically made the device. Weird why they don't just send you a factory unlocked device. Sounds like their being cheap and won't swap or they no longer have an factory unlocked ones...

So my laptop finally recovered and came back up. The only thing is it's giving me an error "Error code: (0x80070570)" on the Cumulative Update that was launched today. Is this an error on Microsoft's end or an error from my laptop? It's giving me that error code on the update screen by the way.

Can the Lumia 830 from ATT be used on T-Mobiles 4G LTE service? T-Mobile used bad 2,4, and 12 but the 830 on ATT doesn't have those bands built in. Just the bands 1,3,7,8, and 20 but they have the same MHz. If anyone could help me clarify this, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Office 365 and Surface 3 I got a Surface 3 in the beginning of March and Office 365 was free so I went ahead and accepted the subscription. Well, I plan on selling the Surface and the buyer was wanting to know if they could get Office 365 for free on it still even after I accepted the subscription.

Me personally since I've used BlackBerry for almost every phone I've gotten, I love the keyboard! I'm on a Lumia 635 now but I use my Q10 a lot at home and I miss the keyboard when I'm using the 635. I always manage to screw up typing since I just can't type well or fast on a full touch key...

Nokia Lumia 635 App problems So for the past three weeks, my phone has been force quitting apps randomly for some reason. Is this happening with others or just me?
