I doubt you still need help, but just incase; Move both boot.wim and install.wim files from the extracted ISO \Sources folder into the Add-Drivers\WIM folder Right click Add-Drivers.cmd, click Run as administrator

Weird... It works on mine have you tried to reset using the device recovery tool?

Did you copy the custom ringtones to the Ringtones folder using a PC and a USB cable?

I too am having this issue now..funny cause I made it through all the insider build with no issues, and my reward for beta testing for free?my sms are now gone :(

same kind of issue with my 640xl ds, I'm missing messages from oct 20 to feb 2nd, now I have duplicates and tippets of some messages. I think Microsoft perhaps was doing some work on the servers or something during this time frame. I guess they are lost forever..boo Microsoft. :(

That sounds like a hardware issue, I've never had that happen before with mine. What model? mine is RM-1096

Haha..I went back to 8.1 on my 640XL because of this connecting bug..super annoying. Let me know when its fixed...I miss 10...everything is soo umm big in 8...lol
