    Yes, they work very well depending on the Version of Windows 10 mobile you are using. I am an insider running release preview builds and they work very well.

    This device looks great with very good specs, though costly, I would not mind having one as a university student, I mean, the battery is quite impressive plus it is slim and not heavy like my current hp laptop. Microsoft Surface laptop is one great device now

    To update a phone you must have enough space,probably 2GB free on internal memory.. The other issues I think hard reset will fix Windows 10 Mobile

    If you have stored those files on sd card it may be due to corrupted files.. And most likely your sd card will crash when you remove it from the phone.. If you have stored on phone storage,you can try soft and hard reset but back up your data.. You can consult if this doesn't work Windows 10...
