Got a new Lumia 640 signed in with my Microsoft account and now it's trying to finish installing the apps. Problem is it's been finishing installing apps for almost an hour now. Any fix? What do I do?

Expansys holds a Unlocked,Dual SIM,LTE variant I doubt they are going to price it any lower than they already have it at.

There's this guy I know on Twitter who stated he spoke with his AT&T manager and the windows phone line up for next week was going to remove the HTC One for WP from that line up. We believe it may be to make room for the 640 XL. The guy also stated that he believes in April 20 release. Says that...

Woah woah woah! YOu forgot the Lumia 520!

At&t service doesn't block this so it must be Straight Talk. To save yourself the trouble your better off buying a ATT device. L520 or L635 both are cheaper and better in my opinion. L635 even grabs LTE

Also be sure to turn off that Kids Corner in the settings.
