    Problem is with your data provider, chrck with them i you should change some of the settings. Mine is not using proxy, port is 8080 on mine

    Latest build, Insider one showed 23hours, i dont use phone so much anymore. It can last thru day, but if i would use it the way it was ment to be, i would charge it two times a day

    Maybe you could clean cache for lockscreen. Launch Kids corner, add some apps. Lock screen then unlock it. Tell us if it better

    Does she have Samsung phone? If it is so, she should check spam folder in messages or maybe check if your number is on a block list. Pretty easy to do on Samsung
