What firmware do you have. OS and Firmware number?

Tried to get update to on my US CV RM-985 but was only prompted for the Windows 10 build, which I am holding off of. Accidently installed on my 1520 trying to get GDR2 and its aweful

Just had it delivered, but never ended up getting a tracking number. Still says "in process" on the Microsoft website. Very weird

Which one did you get? I went with unlocked white. Maybe they just don't have a lot of stock?

Interesting, have you tried changing your pin or anything like that? Also, it would be worth calling Verizon and seeing if they can "soft-reset" it on their end.

The 1520 was purposely configured by AT&T to not see some of T-Mobile's network, so try turning on the 1700Mhz band following the instructions here: Nokia Lumia 1520 - Windows Central Forums. If you do this, you have effectively turned your RM-940 to RM-938, at least as far as the radio is...

It's not going to work, as the Verizon won't allow phones to properly activate on their network that aren't "Verizon" phones. Technically it should be able to connect to the Band 4 LTE, but it just doesn't.

Can you find a link to the voicemail app in the store? If so, uninstall and reinstall the app might prove to be the fix. The problem is the way Verizon charges for Visual Voicemail instead of using the integrated voicemail list in the phone app. It doesn't really hit you how inconvenient it is...
