I purchased a spare usb cord from AT&T and found out it won't connect to any computer I try it on. Now my cord that came with the phone, it works fine. This is the only thing I can think of. BTW, I am returning the cord. I don't need a usb phone charger. arai

I have the pictures on my phone synced with my computer. Problem is it is in Zune and I can't figure out how in the heck to get them into my picture file and my hard drive. If I could only just grab them from Zune and put a copy where I want. I am probably missing something again but as for now...
