5-6 days back I got phone tile pinned missing from Start and whereas it was showing linked. So I factory reset my phone. after that I cannot use Lumia Offers App as it was saying DEVICE VERIFICATION ERROR as app needs to authenticate the Microsoft account that was used to activate your device...
