I like the official app. It is free, simple & clean... do the job & no unnecessary rings & bells.

I use Windows 10 on PC extensively. So if an app isn't available on Desktop, I am mostly won't use it in mobile too. For me, lack of devices are more problematic than apps.

I personally think that FB is working in background to make their framework (which they used to bring iOS apps insta & FB on W10M) to be more stable & responsive. This makes the update less frequent for now.
