Sorry if it seems ridiculous but i think i have activated this touchscreen pointer thing on accidentally. It's useless as damn.... At the first place i dunno why my touchscreen is behaving like this. Please if anyone know what this problem is, reply.

Solution Finally :) It seems that after upgrading to Win 8.1, media devices were not connected to pc properly, however they were displayed in "my pc " or device manager. I upgraded to Win 10 while deleting all my precious apps and data, thinking that it'd solve the issue, but it wasn't any...
