OP, please provide conditions (any add ins, plug ins, website of crash) of crash and check Event Viewer for record of crash. Then, use either the provided feedback app or post in Microsoft Technical Preview support forums with your crash information.

Your only option is to contact the MusicBee software author Steven Mayall. I would not hold out hope for an expedient fix as MusicBee is freeware.

This is by design behavior. Starting with Windows 8, the option to do exactly as your request only occurs when restoring/installing Windows with a OneDrive account. Even then this applies only to apps, not programs (i.e. Adobe PhotoShop) and you must re-download apps.
