Guys how the build 10149 running on Lumia 520?i think its very slow in low end devices. Will the coming builds make the low end devices fast?

Build 10149 in Lumia 520 Guys very slow in Lumia 520, taking very much time to open any app, even opening messages,calls etc..windows phone 8.1 is 100 times better than this. This build is only good for high end mobiles with 1gb ram but not with low end mobiles.

Is there any update for slow ring members?
