    I have a very bad internet connection. Took me several hours to download the firmware. I tried uploading the firmware to a file sharing site, but the connection is not stable and disconnects often :(

    Download Nokia Care Suite 5.0. Old versions won't recognise your phone. By the way, update has been pulled back, so you may want to hold yourself for now :smile:

    Did you replace the "usergroupsconfiguration.cfg" file after installing NCS? And you have to use the product code for downloading firmware. Your product code is 059R026
