I installed Win 10 Insider preview recently. And all torrent clients like uTorrent, BitTorrent and even Torrex App are not connecting to peers. I tried troubleshooting methods (4 or 5) from YouTube but none helped! Thoughts?

I can't find it in the settings app.. I installed lot of apps and have low free storage in SD Card. So thought of resetting the phone.

I've done this before but WP8.1 settings is too unorganized that I can't find it.

Does these 8" Windows Tablets have a BIOS Setting? Can I dual boot with any Linux Live OS from USB Stick? Does it support playing Android Apps via BlueStacks or DuOs? Is there Intel Hardware Acceleration available? Hyper-V? Please dont bite me :P
