I'm in the same boat, please keep us updated if you find anything out. Being a new phone, I feel like it should at least last all day with heavy use.

I didn't have/see an option to set it up, but once I received a voicemail, it finally asked for my passcode to setup visual VM. So maybe try leaving yourself a voicemail. (I'm on the most current software thru fast ring insiders.)

I did restart my laptop first, not sure if that did anything or not. When I plugged it in, it didn't recognize my phone. Thats when it told me to soft reset it (power and volume down) after that I think it still said "device wasn't recognized" however it listed options of phone brands to select...

I finally got it to work!!! I had to plug it into the laptop, soft reset... It would read the phone for a little bit, long enough to read what phone and what firmware to download. It took a while to download the firmware so by the time it was done, my phone already booted all the way to normal...

I've hard reset many times. I think the only solution is to roll back to 8.1 then updating to 10. However my windows 10 laptop does not read my phone when plugging it in.

Awesome find, but they still don't work Smh. When I click on Hey Cortana... It says "This feature is not available for your phone" and when I click on Glance... It briefly show a menu with options and then the screen goes black.

Yeah this is weeks after the update, I've just been surviving without the extra features... Just wish I had them.

Yeah I don't have those Microsoft apps either. "Glance, Motion, Motion Data, Hey Cortana, Gadgets" I think I need to rollback to 8.1 but I'm unable too bc my laptop doesn't read my phone when plugged in.

I just left it plugged in all night, woke up in the morning... Did a soft reset entered my pin and IT WORKED!

So you confirm this worked for you? What device are you on? I'm having trouble getting mine to unlock.

This might be a stupid question, but what you mean by touch or cursor? I'm on a 1520.

Found a workaround, download and use opera mini web browser. Well, it worked for my Bank of America transfer but didn't work when trying to pay for BMW. Let me know if it works for whatever website you guys are trying.

Yes, I have tried a hard reset. It doesn't fix the issue.

Is this already a known problem? I've searched the forums and wasn't able to find anything on it. When picking a option from a drop down list, the page refreshes and nothing is selected. For example, I was trying to transfer money from one account to another account on bankofamerica.com but...

What kind of sd card you using? I did the hard reset last night and tried to format my SD card but it wouldn't let me. Well it says it formats but it doesn't delete anything. I deleted files myself on the computer and once I unplug from the computer, all the files reappear. Very very strange...
