When I am using my phone I continually get interrupted by "Device registration" asking me to proceed with "Proto Registration" and then saying "There seems to be a problem with connecting to the service. The service may be unavailable, please try again later" How can I get rid of this annoying...

Every time I switch off my phone I get a screen asking me why, and offering a variety of reasons to choose from. Is there any way I can just get to the "Goodbye" screen without this annoying intrusion?

I have this same problem on my 640LTE and it is most annoying! Does anyone know how to remove the app - would a reset fix it?
