Same problem here! A Nokia Lumia 920 aswell and Windows 10 (Build 10.0.10166) installed through Windows Insider... Cannot connect to Wifi, try again later or reboot your device. Trying that after 3 times it cannot connect. Even a hard reset (Volume Down + Power + Camera button for 5 sec)...
