This same thing happens to me as well. My old 620 broke and I just got my new 620, so I don't know if something especially caused this or if it was like this from the start. Never happened on my old one. Once I got my new one I did get a software update but am unsure if it was like this before...

My friend somehow was able to crack the screen on my 620 and now the touch doesn't work. Everything else seems to work fine, but I can't do anything with it without touch. I now have a new 620 and would like to retrieve or somehow transfer the settings/data from my broken 620 to the new one...
