After getting GDR2 for my Ascend W1 i also made calls on loud speaker and then i just woke up the next morning and bamm the speaker isnt working at all but my vibrations work and my earphones work as well im starting to think this is a GDR2 bug since nothing happened before GDR2!

How do i send my phone back ? do i go to O2 or do i contact Huawei ? Thanks!

Yep with headphones everything works perfectly, but i tried the headphone pushing in and out but there is no help in making the speaker work, what really makes me sad is that this device was took back several times in the first week and they replaced it countless times until i got a working one...

I woke up in the morning with my alarm not ringing then i tried to play some music which also doesnt work even though everything is on full volume and so i tried to factory default the phone and i tried again but it still doesnt work ? Is it a bug or is my phone officialy F*********

No it isnt a nokia problem i have been facing this problem sometimes on my W1 but it hardly ever happens so its fine with me.

I think it depends more on your carrier than huawei because i all ready received GDR2 therefore its not huawei thats the problem its either the country your in or the carrier ;/

Huawei Ascend W1 will all ways be updated to latest software because in microsofts terms and conditions for wp8 all devices will be updated to latest software even if huawei isnt contributing to anything.
