Flashed my Phone back to GDR2 and updated to GDR3 Dev Preview. Now with Data Sense:smile:

I haven't uninstalled any other update before updating to GDR3. Data Sense just don't came up after a hard reset. My wife has Data Sense on her Nokia. We have the same provider, so the provider doesn't block Data Sense.
