Anyone know if or when T-Mobile will officially bless their variant of the 640 with Windows 10, or do we all just have to do the Insider thing?

It's been a while since I've powered up my Lumia 640. Did T-Mobile finally update their variant to Windows 10 Mobile? Granted, mine is a debranded and unlocked AT&T model, but the last time I did a Windows 10 Mobile preview, the camera flash stopped working (though it works under Windows 8.1)...

Considering reports they've also shut it off (or never enabled it) in the Windows 10 Technical Preview, I'm not too hopeful they're going to bring that option back. This is like dealing with Android devices and their lack of app space. Do they not trust users who want to leave the MicroSD card...
