*Update* I never received a call back from Microsoft and haven't had a chance to call them. But today, my texts started loading, all the way back to 2013. Not sure if they fixed the issue or if just took forever to start. Either way, they are back!

Sooooooo..... Microsoft Tech Support Level Two, as she called it, never called me. Haha. If i don't laugh, I'll get irate. So, i'll be calling them back, again, this Friday. I'm going to hound them until I break or they do. :-)

Update: She was no help and I think she just gave up, haha. She told me that she would escalate my case to level 2 tech support and they would call me within 96 hours. That's Monday. Thanks Microsoft! I may just go back to the recent redstone update to see if that gets them back.

Called Microsoft Support about the issue. On the phone with them now. Why did I do that?!?!? :angry: I'm having to explain to her how text backups work. She keeps telling me to go to OneDrive to see my texts. I've told her 7 times that they cannot be viewed there. She finally put me on hold to...

I've done 3 hard resets, the last I didn't restore the backup. Still no text messages.

Same here... I hard reset last night to roll back to production WM 10 via the recovery tool. Everything is all set and working other than SMS download. Nothing has come through. Over the past 20 hrs, I have set it to all 3 settings and no texts. :-( Why does Microsoft make it so hard?

They raised the price! LOL! I ordered mine from them on 11/27, they delivered it this past Wednesday. $549. They must've had a high demand for them.

I just received my dual SIM 950 from B&H Photo, it indeed, came with a black set of headphones.

Was the white and black 950 available over the phone? No one seems to know if the white will be available unlocked to pre-order or buy in-store tomorrow.

The original question is still valid though, why haven't they opened online pre-orders yet? I'm not close to a MS store, I'd like to order my device before the 25th. What if they sell out like the XL? The launch has been horrible.
