If you can manage to get it unlocked. You have to keep service with Cricket for a bit before they'll unlock it though. The easiest/cheapest place to get the fully unlocked RM-995 is from B&H Photo. I got mine there used and it was in perfect condition.

I just got rid of a 1520 I had bought and went with the 1320 instead. The screen is much better than I thought it would be. I don't notice any pixels, even at 720p. It's easier to hold than the 1520 and doesn't seem to have the "tap on screen and see distortion" problem that the 1520 has. Plus...

In the US, at least, Nokia will honor a 1 year warranty based on the date of manufacture on the phone. They do not care if you bought it at AT&T, Amazon, or off Ebay. I've used their warranty service twice with phones bought off Ebay - as long as the IMEI shows it's still in the 1 year warranty...
