About once a week I'll put my thumb over the earpiece hole on my 1020 and then spritz once with Windex from about 2 feet away. Then wipe it dry with a microfiber cloth. This cleans it up nice & shiny and hopefully sanitizes it a little bit too.

Ditto on the reframe feature crashing. After the camera update, when I reframe and attempt to save, it shows the scrolling dots for a few seconds and then terminates abnormally w/o saving anything. Tried power off/on and 2-button reboot and it didn't resolve the problem.

Use your "Me" tile to post an update and make sure the "Post to" options show FB and Twitter selected.

I'm also not going to calculate my x % per hour. :-) With mostly email, social media, a couple pics, a couple calls and maybe a short YouTube video here and there, I can get 12-ish hours before the heartbeat icon shows up.

My battery drain and call quality are fine. It's the miniscule volume in the earpiece during phone calls that irritates me.

I've had to navigate to my 1020's pictures folder and manually copy the photos with "highres" in the name. It doesn't auto sync them, at least in Windows desktop it isn't.

I thought the free Nokia Music was free forever. Just limited in features?

I'm with you on this. I wish Nokia would send out a volume tweak ASAP. I've started using the speakerphone because I can barely hear people.

My 1020 has low call volume too. I find myself looking at the volume each time to ensure it's really at 10. I'm also hearing the scratchy sound at times too; although it seemed like it was associated with low signal areas so I didn't look into exchanging the phone, but it looks like a number...
