WP Internals 2.3 has landed! I plan on hooking it up tonight. Is the HOSTS file in the same file location as it is with other versions of Windows? C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Thanks! I'll await WP Internals and hopefully it will be pretty straightforward to edit the hosts file. Web browsing will be so much faster.

Honestly I do not recall; I think I just ended up typing the right phrase in Bing and found a collection of Lumia sound files that all work great.

No problem. SquareHome 2 does offer transparent tiles, and actually two or three variations of them in the way they are implemented. You can do exactly what you want. I prefer the old-school WP8 look and thus that is why you see that in my screen shot.
