Still well worth it in my opinion. The camera is pretty good, it really blows the camera on my iPhone 5s outta the water.

With universal apps there's a good chance of them coming back I'd think. What company wouldn't want their app on millions of not only PCs, tablets and phones.

As long as you're using the same Microsoft account, you won't have to pay again for any apps. They will show as "Owned".

If you're using a screen protector on the 830, you'll make this problem worse.

Works fine for me. Clear the Edge browser history and see if that fixes it.

Kaspersky is really good antivirus software. Go into the network settings and run the trouble shooting tool.
