This is a pretty common issue with win 10 mobile. If there's no error, I'd let it sit for a day or two and see if it finishes. Otherwise, you'll probably need to go back to 8.1 and try all over again.

You are not alone, and with what Microsoft released toda about the future of Win 10 Mobile, its rather clear they are putting consumers in the backseat to business.

To load a screenshot you'd have yo use the website rather than the app. And although I don't know how to solve your problem specifically, I know a factory reset solves many issues like these, and often with windows 10 mobile this is the only fix.

Along with what silentFan said, I'd make sure to install it on your phone's memory rather than an SD card. I know my own personal 640 has issues with many apps on the SD card (including Win Central) that go away when you install them on the phone itself.

You can also roll back to before the anniversary update by opening settings, clicking update and security, recovery, then click the option that mentions rolling back.
