Ironically I don't bother with Edge because I am an "enterprise" user and my company is still on Windows 7. Not being able to share my bookmarks/favorites across home (Win10) and work (Win7) is a deal breaker. So much for Microsoft concentrating on the enterprise.

The inability to read texts in the car is an Android issue that Cortana cannot fix. Apparently Google adheres strictly to some standard that Apple and Microsoft work around to allow for reading texts.

Pressing volume down and the power button at the same time brings up the Feedback app on a 640 with W10M.

That is the old way of doing a soft reset for lumia phones. The 640 only requires that you press and hold the power button for ~10 seconds.

I cringe every time I hit a website that opens up a javascript overlay popup window with an X for closing. I struggle to close the window even after zooming in to make the X bigger. So I'm curious if this is an issue with the Edge browser or the 640 touch screen? Do you have this problem?

Seems that people still have issues with these phones nearly a year after release. With the upcoming Black Friday deal I find it hard to turn down the opportunity to get a 950xl, 950 and dock for a little more than the Alcatel 4s. When they dropped to $30 I purchased 4 640s and my family...

Only "magical" improvement might be if NFC is available in hardware but not currently enabled via firmware.

No mention of NFC anywhere. Android version has it. At some point I expect Microsoft Wallet to be useful again and it would be nice to have a phone that supports it.

Isn't Glance a Lumia only feature?

The Android version supports NFC and Android Pay. I wonder why this version does not support mobile pay.

Having Band 12 is a very big advantage for 640 over 650 if you are using T-Mobile and your area supports Band 12 coverage.
