neither of the ones i mentioned are rebranded ATT (both original tmo 640's). and yes i am very familiar with running win10 and ims registration issues. and yes i know that running win10 on tmo network it will "work" on band 12 (my daily driver is tmo 640 on w10m, and it often times uses band 12...

is this after a reboot? its not unusual for wifi calling to work right after upgrade, but it doesn't stick past the first reboot. also i just checked upgrade advisor on mine (still on 8.1) and its saying win10 upgrade is not available. but if the latest version of w10 has working wifi calling...
