Microsoft 365 presents itself as x86 32-Bit for compatibility but is already ARM64. I'm unsure if the same is true for the 64-Bit version when 64-Bit support comes to Windows on ARM. Expect older Office versions to be emulated. There's no way Office 2010 won't be emulated.

This is fixed I've just noticed. I'm now using Your Phone version 1.20052.148.0. Now during a call the Notification is also an icon on the Windows Taskbar, it never was before. This all suggests it was a bug with Your Phone,, possibly only on Windows on ARM devices or only on Surface Pro...

Good point. The Office apps runs well but where is Teams for ARM64 Microsoft? They're pushing Teams hard at the moment but don't have an ARM64 version.

The answer is the same whether it's an ARM, Intel or AMD processer. It depends what you're doing. But because currently all performance intensive apps are x86 and may not run well on Windows on ARM you probably won't be able to make much use for 16GB. But as others are saying if you are going...
