    ARM or 32-bit?

Microsoft 365 presents itself as x86 32-Bit for compatibility but is already ARM64. I'm unsure if the same is true for the 64-Bit version when 64-Bit support comes to Windows on ARM. Expect older Office versions to be emulated. There's no way Office 2010 won't be emulated.

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

This is fixed I've just noticed. I'm now using Your Phone version 1.20052.148.0. Now during a call the Notification is also an icon on the Windows Taskbar, it never was before. This all suggests it was a bug with Your Phone,, possibly only on Windows on ARM devices or only on Surface Pro...

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

It's not possible on iPhones. Blame Apple. Please start your own thread if you want to discuss something unrelated. Your question is different to mine.

    Would you buy again?

Good point. The Office apps runs well but where is Teams for ARM64 Microsoft? They're pushing Teams hard at the moment but don't have an ARM64 version.

    Would you buy again?

In a heart beat. Bes PC I've ever owned. Design is awesome, screen is awesome, battery is awesome, Edge is awesome. Your Phone, Outlook and Evernote run well. I've read Evernote is slow but I've not seen this. Spotify is a little laggy but it's laggy on my Surface Pro 4 too. Not everyone has...

    how much ram?

The answer is the same whether it's an ARM, Intel or AMD processer. It depends what you're doing. But because currently all performance intensive apps are x86 and may not run well on Windows on ARM you probably won't be able to make much use for 16GB. But as others are saying if you are going...

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

Sorry are you saying you're using the phone on loud speaker? It sounds like you are Answering it from the Your Phone notification, but if no audio is coming out of the SPX, and you're not holding it in your hand, then I presume you have the phone on loud speaker. Thanks

Microsoft Teams crashes on Surface Pro X

Is performance particularly bad? I doubt battery is that hit. SPX has great battery and the SQ1 is battery efficient. Microsoft said they went down the 32-Bit route for Office 365 to retain Addin compatibility but I suspect they didn't mea Teams but Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. The 32-Bit...

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

Still no fix for this :(. The upside it's still notifying me on the SPX about the call and I can just answer it on my phone instead but: - The jarring noise is still there. - I cannot make use of Your Phone to take the call, which is the whole point you can talk from the PC whilst you work...

Your Phone: Ringtone and Call quality terrible on Surface Pro X?

    That's it. I've been hoping 1.20041.88.0 fixes it :(.

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

Hi Todd, Thanks for the detailed reply :). This is the same for me (S10). Before you answer the call and during the Your Phone notification/popup (the one you mention) your SPX should be ringing too, as well as your phone ringing? Also, there's an Answer Phone button in the notification so...

No 'Calls' in Your Phone app on Surface Pro X

Hi. Thanks. It doesn't sound like you're doing the same thing. I can Dial from Your Phone and my phone will make the call. I can also Answer the phone from Your Phone and then use my mobile phone to have the conversation. But if I try and have a conversation through my Surface Pro so using...

Microsoft All-in-One Media Keyboard not working on Windows 10?

I'm not sure how much they are drivers instead of an app. I think I'm writing in saying it should work without the additional software for customisation. It's a good point though I'll try an uninstall - restart * - reinstall. * I tend to Logout and Restart. Logout so no Apps reload and Restart...

How do you change forum dates from mm-dd-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy?

Thank you. You mean 12 hour or 24 hour clock is possible? That's a shame. It's obvious say if it's 11/01/20 it means November not January but more confusing if say 05/07/20 it doesn't mean July. The European/Latin American date format just makes more sense too . Thanks
