    Share your Windows Phone History!

I have a long history, not always with Windows Phone, some predated Windows phone back to the Pocket PC era. But Windows phone wise: Tmobile MDA, ATT Tilt, Touch Pro 2, Tmobile HD2, HTC Radar, Lumia 521, HTC M8 for Windows (last Windows Phone). Pocket PCs included: NEC Mobile Pro P300, HP IPAQ...

Are you using any smartwatch with your One M8?

Using my Pebble with my M8 now that the Pebble Notifications app leaked, and of course Pebble Watch Pro. Notifications work pretty well, can't get most of the Pebble apps, but pretty good for the most part. Seriously thinking about a Microsoft Band.

How happy are you with your new HTC one M8 for Windows ?

I've had the phone on Tmo since it came out, and overall I love it. The battery life, the speakers, the IR blaster, Sense tv. The camera is fine for my needs. Only complaint is wearable support, which is mostly relieved with the Pebble Notications app. Might get a Microsoft Band. Love this...

Switching platforms? | Thinking of leaving?...comment here!

Re: Switching platforms|Thinking of leaving...comment here! I've been an on again off again Windows Phone user. I switched to Android on the legendary HD2, then switched back with the Radar 4G. Enjoyed the phone, however the apps and limitations at the time frustrated me. When no update path...

    My first smartphone..

There used to be a trick on older WM6 devices to hard reset the phone, and then soft reset the phone before customizations kicked in. Unsure if that works with 6.5. Also, you wouldn't have Sense UI, just vanilla 6.5. Other than that, a cooked ROM may be your only option.

CrackBerry Kevin Goes Windows Mobile, Smartphone Round Robin 2009

    A. The strengths are the customization and various form factors. If you want a front facing qwerty, there's a phone for that. If horizontal sliders are your thing, there's a phone for that. Now thanks to the HD2, if you want a phone with a huge honkin Capacitive screen, there's a phone for that...

    AndroidCentral.com on Windows Phone

I wouldn't say boring. I've switched to an Iphone 2G jailbroken on Tmo with the Tilt as my backup. After using the Iphone, I will say some things Windows Mobile can improve on. Integration of certain apps. What I mean is, when I'm browsing the web on my Iphone, if I go to Youtube for example...

    AndroidCentral.com on Windows Phone

Casey, welcome to the forum. I am curious of your opinions on Windows Mobile since there is a lot of similar situations between Android and WinMo. Here's my answers: 1. Relatively satisfied. Waiting on Windows Mobile 7 before I completely jump ship. 2. I was a ROM flashaholic for a while...

    Review: Sprint HTC Snap

I am on the fence between this and a touch pro 2. Some days I wish I had both, LOL.

    Round Robin: Jennifer's Fuze questions

How well is Opera 9.5 working on the fuze? Have you ever used it on another Winmo device. If so, how does it compare? I am wondering about the speed of it loading, and speed of rendering pages. Thanks.

    AT&T Tilt vs Iphone

I agree with Surur, the Tilt is pretty powerful and in the end it's all about what you intend to use it for. Iphone is far less customizable than the Tilt. I just started using SPB Mobile Shell on it, and it makes things a lot more user friendly once you get everything setup how you want. I read...
