Hy, I find solution. Its in the Extras > network settings > character set for sms. Chose Full. Done.

I mean 8zip, Archiver,.. apps to manage .zip, .rar,.. This apps dont have access to my pictures and other files on my sd card. I already have Files app and its good for move/copy/paste.
