Hi.. My Lumia 2520 has same issue. It only shows green light. I followed first step to shut down Lumia 2520. For step 2, I held power button for more than 3 minutes, I don't see anything on the screen. I did not see green light flash at all for the entire duration. Can you share any other steps...

Please share if there is any resolution other than talking to Nokia. Most of keys stopped working for me.

Same problem for me. It kept showing 99% and charging for quite some time yesterday. I disconnected with an intent to use for a 6 hour flight today and it shows 0% now. Not used after charging. Tablet shows 97%.

I have a Lumia 920 and 2520. Happy with both devices. On screen keyboard on Windows Phone 8 seems lot more intelligent showing up only when cursor is on a text field. On 2520, I have to manually open and close keyboard and it?s very annoying. Does anyone know of alternate configuration which...
