i did a reset and now when i start a call or answer a call i open the speaker and close it and the the sound is working properly

i did today too but when using loudspeaker it worked, but when by plugging in a headset and plugging out, the sound came back but only for few mins and then it goes away again ! i did a soft and hard reset still the same bug

i did a hard and soft reset and still not working

how do i get this firmware???

i have the exact same problem happened today, it starts at the beginning of the call as it rings or in the middle of the calls. it suddenley goes silent and the other part cannot hear me as well, loudspeaker is working and when i plug in a headset it works, and after i plug out the headset the...
