It's here. Put up yesterday on Samsung's site. Same crappy upgrade experience as the last one, but it worked. Official 6.5 running smoothly.

SPExperts has been FANTASTIC at walking folks from platform to platform. The PalmOS-to-Windows Mobile migration era was indispensable!

There's a cooked ROM of 6.5 over at XDA. I loaded it and it actually runs pretty well. No crashes or stuff like that. The optical mouse has issues, however. It works, but leaves traces of where it's been. Not bad for a first effort by the guy over there. I ended up going back to 6.1. Not sure...

WM is not as far behind as the smartphone world thinks in my opinion. It's definitely got a good chance for a bright future. In raw capability, it's just as (in many cases more) able as anything out there. The problem is usability. Heck, a top to bottom re-skin of WM would make it pretty popular...

Same issue. Now I'm playing with a phone that has an updated PDA ROM and the old PHONE ROM. They don't seem to playing nicely together because I'm having more issues than I was before. Samsung update process is ridiculous, that's for sure.

Seeing the same thing. Frustrating, as this was the best battery life I've had in a smartphone. I could easily get 2 to 2.5 days prior to this.

Weird. I re-assigned programs and they're super stable now. They've survived numerous resets and I haven't got the error in days since I changed them. I now have: Globe=Messaging, Calendar=PocketTunes, Camera=ChngFingerMouse, Envelope=PockeTwit The Camera and Globe have never given me errors...

Diva - Thought you had it figured out. I dropped messaging from my Today screen and it worked for a couple days. Soft reset today and it's broken again. Frustrating. I'm moving messaging to a different button now. Trying to determine if it's the buttons or the program. The MediaNet and Camera...
